The Hotel and Event Center Nemo S.A through this term requests the guest to follow the regulation in order to guarantee an excellent stay to all, and in this way ensure the health, hygiene and welfare of your pet we ask that

- the presence of the pet must be communicated at the time of booking, we allow a pet of up to 18 kilos (small size) sociable.

- At the time of check-in it is essential to present the anti-rabies vaccine

- The guest must sign the term of commitment of the pet

- Pet access is not allowed in the social areas (restaurant and pool area) in the other dependencies the pet can circulate with the collar and chain

- We recommend not leaving the pet for a long time alone in the room (maximum 1 hour). If we receive complaints from other guests or hotel collaborators, the responsible for the animal must accommodate it in another place, or in case you decide vacating the room will be charged for an entire day.

- The cleaning of any residue produced by the animal is the sole responsibility of the guest. It is not allowed to use hotel equipment such as towels, bedding, covers, plates or glasses for cleaning or feeding the same.

- The cleaning of the room must be scheduled in advance (extension 0) and must be be done in the presence of the guest or without the presence of the pet in the room.

- the guest is responsible for bringing the pets belongings as a hygienic mat, blankets, pots of water and food

- The hotel does not have meals for pets, being the sole responsibility of the guest bring their own food.

- The value of the accommodation of the pet has a cost of 15 usd per night

- Eventual damage to the furniture and/or folder caused by an animal will be charged.
